Install a skill

Add a skill to Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code or Codex, then keep it up to date.

Choose a skill and the assistant where you want to use it.

Turn on code execution in Claude before using skills.

  1. Download the skill ZIP below.
  2. In Claude, open Customize › Skills › + › Upload a skill. Upload each file.
  3. Check that the uploaded skill appears and is turned on.
  4. Ask your question. Your assistant picks the skill when it fits.

Update a skill

Download its ZIP from the newer release and upload it again in Claude. Review the replacement before using it. Skills do not update themselves automatically.

Remove a skill

Open Customize › Skills, select the uploaded skill and remove it. Check the selected skill before confirming.

Use live data

Skills work from your own exports. Connect Orphex to read your platforms directly in Claude or ChatGPT, with approval before changes.
