Orphex works in Microsoft 365 Copilot as an agent you add to Teams. You need a Microsoft 365 account with a Copilot license and an Orphex account. Once added, the agent works in Copilot in Teams and on copilot.microsoft.com.
Step by step
- Allow custom app uploads (admin, one time)
Your Microsoft 365 admin must allow custom app uploads. Skip this step if it is already on. Go to admin.teams.microsoft.com and open Teams apps › Setup policies. Open the Global (Org-wide default) policy, or the policy assigned to the people who will use Orphex. Turn on Upload custom apps and select Save.
Warning: The change can take a few hours to apply. If you can't change this setting, ask your Teams admin to do it. - Download the Orphex agent
Download the Orphex agent package. Keep the file zipped.
- Upload it in Teams
Open Microsoft Teams and select Apps in the left bar. Select Manage your apps at the bottom, then Upload an app › Upload a custom app. Choose the zip file and select Add.
Tip: If Upload a custom app is missing, the admin step above has not applied yet. - Open the agent in Copilot
Go to copilot.microsoft.com, or open Copilot in Teams. Open Agents in the left bar and select Orphex. If you don't see it yet, wait a minute and refresh the page.
- Sign in with Orphex
Ask a first question, or pick one of the suggested questions. For example:
PromptWhich workspace am I connected to?
Select Sign in to Orphex when it appears. Use your Orphex email address or continue with Google, then choose the workspaces Copilot should reach. Orphex answers your question once you finish signing in.
- Ask about your data
For better answers, choose a Think deeper model in Copilot. Then ask about your accounts, for example:
PromptDo any of my active Meta ads show signs of creative fatigue?
