Set up a campaign in chat

Updated on Oct 2, 20263 min video

You can create a full campaign from your AI assistant: the campaign, its ad set and its ad. You describe what you want, review the plan, and approve it. Nothing is created until you approve.

Warning: Making changes needs your Meta Ads account connected in Orphex, and write access turned on for your plan and workspace. If the assistant says it can only read, check your plan in Orphex.

Step by step

  1. Write your request in one message

Give every detail the assistant needs: the objective, campaign name, daily budget, location, age range, and which image to use. You can reuse an image from an existing ad by naming that ad.

    Prompt

Set up a new traffic campaign in my Meta Ads account. Campaign name: November Sale. Daily budget: $50. Audience: Turkey, ages 25 to 45. Reuse the image from my existing ad "[ad name]".

  2. Answer the assistant's questions

If something is unclear, the assistant asks before it plans. For example, if several ads share the name you gave, it lists them and asks which one to use.

  3. Review the plan

The assistant shows what it will create: the campaign (name and objective), the ad set (budget and audience) and the ad (with its image). Check each part.

Tip: The budget is set in your ad account's currency. If you write the budget in another currency, the assistant converts it and shows the converted amount in the plan.
  4. Approve

If the plan looks right, reply "Go ahead". Your assistant then asks for permission to run the change; choose Allow once. When it finishes, it confirms the new campaign, ad set and ad.

  5. Check it in Meta Ads Manager

Refresh your campaign list in Meta Ads Manager. The new campaign is there with the objective, daily budget, location, ages and image you asked for.

Warning: New campaigns are created paused, so nothing spends until you turn them on. To start delivery, ask your assistant to turn the campaign on; it shows that change for approval too.
