Scale campaign and ad set budgets

Updated on Oct 2, 20262 min video

You can raise or lower a campaign or ad set budget from your AI assistant, without opening the ad platform. Ask which campaigns are worth scaling, pick one, and approve the new budget.

Warning: Making changes needs the ad account connected in Orphex, and write access turned on for your plan and workspace. If the assistant says it can only read, check your plan in Orphex.

Step by step

  1. Find what to scale

Ask the assistant to compare your campaigns and suggest where the budget should go:

    Prompt

Look at my Meta campaigns for the last 7 days and tell me which ones are worth scaling up or down based on their performance.

The assistant reads your campaign data through Orphex and suggests which campaigns to scale up and which to scale down.

  2. Ask for the new budget

Name the campaign and say how much to change the budget:

    Prompt

Increase the budget of the campaign "[campaign name]" by 20%.

Tip: In Meta, the budget is set either on the campaign or on its ad sets, depending on how the campaign was set up. Ask for the change on the level that holds the budget.
  3. Check the amount and approve

The assistant shows the new budget before it changes anything, for example 400 becoming 480 for a 20% increase. Check the amount, then approve. Your assistant asks for permission to run the change; choose Allow once. When it finishes, it confirms the new budget.

Tip: The budget is set in your ad account's currency. If you write the amount in another currency, the assistant converts it and shows the converted amount before you approve.
  4. Check it in Meta Ads Manager

Refresh your campaign list in Meta Ads Manager. The campaign shows the new budget.
